Pure Tide delivers ultra-purified reverse osmosis water, starting out with purified or alkaline mineral options, eventually phasing into choice of trace minerals or alkaline blends, in 100% reusable glass bottles. We’re clean, customizable, and completely plastic-free. Yes, our water goes through a rigorous purification process to ensure that it is free from any contaminants and safe for consumption.

We currently deliver in Surf City, Topsail Island, and surrounding neighborhoods. Wilmington and other coastal North Carolina areas are launching soon.

No, the First Wave Club deposit is non-refundable. It secures your spot and exclusive launch perks, and it will be fully applied toward your first water order when deliveries begin.

Yes! We offer one-time and subscription options perfect for vacation homes. You can schedule delivery before your arrival, and we’ll handle bottle pickup after your stay. 

Choose your water type (pure, mineral, or alkaline) and how often you want deliveries. We’ll drop off full bottles and pick up empties on a regular schedule. It’s seamless and sustainable. 

Yes — we offer one-time purchase options with a refundable deposit. It’s the best way to taste the difference without committing upfront. We do request that you order this one time purchase as a pick up order vs. delivery.

Water starts at $4.50 per gallon and $1.50 per liter, depending on your  options (alkaline / mineral blends). There’s also a delivery fee, but we optimize routes to keep it affordable. 

Each bottle comes with a small deposit — but when you pre-order, your deposit is applied to your first order. We operate a closed-loop return system: we pick up empties during your next delivery or you can drop them at select hubs. 

Yes! Our thick, reusable bottles are built to last a significant lifetime. They’re sanitized locally and recycled at end-of-life. Just one customer saves 1,000+ plastic bottles per year. 

Definitely. We offer custom orders for events, home rentals, or as gifts. Just reach out for custom packaging or volume pricing. 

You'll get a text or email with tracking info before your scheduled drop-off. We use route optimization to ensure fast, eco-conscious delivery. 

No worries — just report it via your customer portal or message us. We’ll handle replacements and credits based on your plan. In some instances, we will have to either keep your bottle deposit, or charge a replacement fee.

  Water is first refined through a dual sediment and carbon filtration system, removing particulates, chlorine, and organic compounds before deeper purification begins.
• Triple-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) Purification:
  Following pre-filtration, water is pushed through a sophisticated three-stage RO membrane system, eliminating up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, microplastics, and other impurities. This layered RO approach ensures extraordinary purity beyond standard single-pass systems.
• Alkaline filtration and remineralization (Optional):
  After purification, select batches are re-mineralized with precisely measured blends of magnesium, calcium, potassium, and pH-balancing minerals to elevate hydration, taste, and overall wellness.
• UV Light Sterilization:
  To complete the process, ultraviolet light provides chemical-free sterilization, ensuring the highest level of microbiological safety.
